Train2Work is a work training program we offer at Click that aims to equip people with special needs with essential work skills, to increase their employability. Through this fully supported, meaningful and individualised work training program, we hope to provide adults with special needs to be gainfully employed.

  • Social etiquette – importance of personal hygiene, personal care at work, interpersonal space
  • Interpersonal communication skills – asking for help, submitting work to supervisor when done, informing supervisor when late or unable to turn up for work
