I pursued a post-graduate diploma in special education from the University of Hong Kong to deepen my expertise, and I graduated with honors (Dean’s List). I later attained my Psychologist registration in Australia and Singapore, expanding my clinical work to include:

  • Psychological assessments
  • Individual therapy
  • Positive Behavior Support (PBS) plans for clients and group homes

Dawn Ng
Curriculum Developer & Trainer

Hello, I’m Dawn, a curriculum developer and trainer at Click. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to creating education programs that unlock independence for individuals with autism. My journey began when I noticed how technology could engage students who struggled with traditional teaching methods – that spark became my mission.

With my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), I am highly skilled in designing and implementing structured, autism-friendly learning experiences that foster skill development and independence, incorporating technology within the special needs curriculum.

From 2011 to 2024, I served as a Lead Trainer at Pathlight School, guiding a team of IT trainers in delivering IT curriculum, coordinating holiday programs, managing co-curricular activities (CCAs), and running adult programs tailored for individuals with autism.

I have previously developed learning programs for adults with autism at a day activity centre (Eden Adult Centre) by running specialized programs that supported adults with autism in acquiring practical and meaningful life skills.
